Mexico City, Mexico. Saturday, December 1, 2018. Mexicans celebrate on the Zocalo the inauguration of Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. People came to celebrate this historic day. López Obrador – known as AMLO - said, “We are going to govern for everyone, but we are going to give preference to the most impoverished and vulnerable. For the good of all, the poor come first.” Andrés Manuel received a spiritual cleansing by indigenous women and men as part of the celebrations. “What we want, what we desire is to purify public life in Mexico.
